Inside Iron Atmosphere, members have access to a curated fitness
apparel shop designed to reflect the same standard of quality
found throughout the club.
Our in-house shop features Fit & Fab, a premium Brazilian activewear brand known for its high-end craftsmanship, elevated design and performance-driven fabrics. These are pieces created with attention to detail, fit and durability — blending functionality with refined style. Brazilian activewear is recognized worldwide for its quality and innovation, and Fit & Fab brings that level of excellence directly into the Iron experience.
Alongside Fit & Fab, we also offer Iron Atmosphere’s own apparel line, including t-shirts, cropped tops and hoodies. Each piece is designed to represent the Iron identity both inside and outside the gym, with clean aesthetics, comfortable fabrics and a strong sense of belonging to the community.
Our Recovery Room was designed to support consistency, performance
and long-term results. It’s a dedicated space focused on helping your b.ody recover properly so you can train better, more often and with less downtime.
Inside, Premium members have access to Normatec compression therapy, which helps improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness and accelerate recovery after intense training sessions.
The infrared sauna supports muscle relaxation, stress reduction and overall recovery, while the cold plunge helps reduce inflammation, improve circulation and promote faster muscle recovery.
Fresh towels are provided, making the recovery
experience seamless and convenient.
